I have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I have seen that this is true. I have noticed that my day goes better and I tend to stick on track when I eat breakfast.
Having a sensable breakfast is just so important as a way to start your day. After a good night sleep you need the energy first thing in the morning, to get your blood pumping. Having a good breakfast will get your body going and that is so important to get your energy up to where it needs to be.
So next time you are thinking that you don’t need breakfast think again. I know that I tend to eat more sweets and eat more at each sitting on the days I don’t get breakfast. So make sure that you eat a good breakfast every day.

One of the tricks that helps me lose weight is to eat and eat and eat. Ok so maybe not like that. But believe it or not the key to weight loss is to eat.
You need to eat every two to three hours. You want to make sure that you are keeping your blood sugar consistant.
It is important that you remember how important it is to eat smaller meals. You will find that your body will quickly adjust to eating more often. You will start to feel full after eating.
When snacking think of snacking on fruits or vegitables. I have even found pretzles that have no salt. Those are great snacks.

Many times when looking to lose weight you start off by staying that I am on a diet, so I can not eat it. Well this is not the way to think. It has been proven that your brain does not process negative words. That is why when you are on a diet and you say to your self you can not have chocolate, what happens - you crave the chocolate. You want the chocolate. That is all you can think about until you just can not take it any more so you go and sit down and eat all of the chocolate you can get your hands on it.
That is why so many of us fail at diets we tell ourselves that we can not do something when the fact of the matter is that you can do it, you just have to allow yourself to do it. Think positively. Know that you will make a difference, and stop telling yourself that you can’t do it.
The power of positive thought is stronger than you think!

I am so excited about the new season of Biggest Loser starting. I have found that last season it was so much more motivating to me and I started working so hard on losing weight. I am so excited about the new season starting. I know that this will be a great motivator to me.
I would love to apply for the show. I would love to learn the habits that they teach the contestants. I would not even care about the money, what would motivate me is the weight loss. The problem that I see is being away from my children and husband for that long. My children are so young that I know I am not ready to leave them for a long period of time yet.
If I could find a way to be on the biggest loser and still have contact with my family, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I have been thinking about drinking green tea. I have heard so many different reviews and I have wondered if it will really work. I started by talking to others that have added green tea into there diet.
I have heard so many great results. Everyone has started to lose weight. They love the flavor of the green tea and have decided to use that in place of soda. I have seen results from 5 to 10 lbs per month in weight loss. I am very excited about the products.
After reading the reviews and talking to others I feel that even by substituing one glass of soda for one green tea I will make a difference.

I notice while I am stressed I have such a hard time to eat right. I know what I need to do. I know how I need to eat. I know what I need to do. The problem that I am having is the fact that I am struggling following my own advice. I know that I can do it, I just need to work as hard as I can.
I find that when I am stressed I start drinking a lot of caffine. This makes it more difficut for me to eat right. I know that I need to work hard and know that I can do it.
I just have to figure out how to get started.

I am a member of Curves. I love Curves. It is the perfect place to work out and lose the weight. I have found that by consistantly going to work out I am able to lose the weight quickly. It is a perfect program for me. I am a busy mother I do not have time to be working out for hours a day. The Curves is the perfect thirty minute program.
I have had friends ask me how it will work because you are not getting cardio in. I have explained that you are getting cardio and strenght at the same time. It is just like going to any gym, if you do the work and work as hard as you can you will see results. It is up to you to work it.
They will also measure you every month. This will give you a look at how you are doing. You will see the results in front of you, and you will know if you need to work harder or if you are working hard enough.

I have seen a lot of commercials for SlimQuick on TV. I have thought about trying different pills and this one has caught my eye. It makes sense. In the time that I have been married I have seen my husband gain weight, but just as quickly I have seen him lose the weight. I am completely amazed at how quickly he can lose the weight.
I have a couple of concerns about taking pills to be able to lose weight. My first concern is - Is it safe? My other concern is if it will work. I need to learn to control my eating. Will this give me the advantage that I need to be able to make it through the day with out the extra snacking I do.
I also am concerned with the cost. I want to lose weight, but is taking pills cost effective. After looking around I think that for me they are. I have been working out a lot lately. I need something to give me the extra boost.
I like what I have seen with SlimQuick. The idea that men and women lose weight and gain weight differently is so true. This looks like a product that can and will give me the edge I need.

I have had to think about different ways to keep myself motivated. I am going to review some of the different types of diets that are on the market. I need to find one that will work for me and that will make a difference in my life. I know that I will be able to work through, I just need to find something that will work for me.
I have thought about some of the different pills that are on the market. One of these pills has to work. I know that in the past I have tried them. I was able to loose weight, and fit into a size 6. I have never been able to fit into a size 6. I was always a size 12. Now I am a size 24, so I would love to to be a size 18, and to be down to a size 12 again would be a dream. I know that I can achieve my dreams, it is just going to take a couple of steps, but in the end I will be able to take care of everything.
So how will get down to a size 12, I am not sure but I will figure out a way.

I have been thinking that I need to set goals for the day. So what is my outlook for today. How can I achieve my goals. Well I need to focus today.
I know that I can stay focus today, it is just going to take some time and some focus. Today I feel that I need to focus. I need to start with recording my calories today. I know that I can do it!
Stay tuned to see how it is going. I am excited to see if I can stay in my calorie goals. I know that I can.
