I am struggling to loose weight. I am working very hard, and now I am looking for some help. Struggling with Sleep Apnea, and two young children weight loss is a challenge. So I decided to ask for help. For anyone who posts a comment with ideas, or encouragement from today until August 20th will be entered in to win the gift card.

No use for the card, but I wanted to say try portion control. When you make your plate put it on a salad plate for dinner instead of a regular dinner plate. you will “see” a full plate and it will trick you into thinking you’ve ate more. Sounds weird but it does work.
Do sit-ups and push-ups during the commercial breaks on TV.
Snack occasionally, little kids have small stomachs, so they just snack a little once in a while during the day instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, write down what you eat, I had alot of calories coming in, and when I wrote it down, I was like “ohhh, ice cream at chick-fil-a, that snickers I got at the checkout at target,” ect. It makes it alotneasier to cut things out
