Long day - But good Day
Today was a good day. I feel great. Here are I fared with my goals:
Changes for this week:
- Drink my water
I drank 32 glasses of water today - Do some exercise with the boys and dog every day this week
So Far so good. I took a 3 mile walk with the boys and I went to curves. - Go to curves 4 days this week
I did my first day at Curves! - Stay away from sweets
I did better than last week but I still went for the Nutty Buddies. But they are gone now! - Find a better way to deal with stress
I took a walk with the boys and I talked to my husband to start helping me.
So far so good. I would give myself a rating of 4/5 for today. I still have a lot to work on, but compared to last week - today went very well. I feel that I am off to a good start.
