Ball
I am so excited I finally got some work done so I was able to take the kids outside and have some fun with them. Running outside and playing with them is hard work.
I am so glad that have been drinking my water today. I have been pretty good about what I am eating. I am feeling really good because I have been drinking so much water. I hope that as long as I continue drinking water like I have been that I will start feeling more like myself.
I started playing a great game with the boys. We were thowing a ball back in forth. I would then run after the ball. The boys loved it. I got some great exercise in there too.
I will keep going. I will do it!
