Biggest Loser - Week 3 Review

I watched this week.  It amazes me that they had no clue what to do when they were camping.  They knew that they would have a weigh in coming up, why did they not go for hikes, runs or anything like that?  I know that they only have had 2 weeks at the ranch, but that is no excuse.  They need to still striving to do better.

I am impressed that they are working very hard.  I am interested to see what will happen next week.  Will they finally learn what to do when they are on their own?  They will not always be in a place where they can eat the best.  That is why it is important that they learn now.

Eating Healthy

I have noticed since I have been working out, as hard as I am I have been eating right.  I want to feel that I am accomplishing something big, and to do that I need to concentrate on what I am eating.

I also have noticed that I am drinking so much water.  I am craving water.  I have not drunk much water before, and now I just could not live with out it.

Making this change is taking time to learn how to do.  I still find that I am craving chocolate.  Furthermore, it takes a lot of concentration not to eat everything in site.  There are some days that I am finding I am doing better than other days.

Biggest Loser - Week 2 Review

I missed week one of the Biggest Losers.  I had the weeks that it was on completely confused.

Week two is consistently hard.  I love seeing reality sit for them.  I know that it is hard to lose the weight as your body adjusts.

They had to bet how much they would lose.  The yellow team is idealistic, but given that her father needed to be there I am not sure why they would do it.  I guess the money is more important than their health.

The rest of the teams are working hard.  Which is good to see.

I loved having Rocco come in order to help teach them how to cook.  Learning how to cook is so important.  It is just as important as exercise.  It is so important that they cover how much eating is important when you are trying to lose weight.  If you are not eating enough you will not lose the weight that you could.

Jillian is great.  I love the fact that she also tries to get to the root of why they gained weight.  That is so important.  If you don’t fix the problem, the weight will come right back on.

Even though I missed the first week I know that this will be a good season.  It is motivational to someone like me who wants to lose the weight.  If they can do it, I can.

I would love the opportunity to be on the show and learn how I can lose the weight.  My problem is leaving my boys.  I don’t even care about the prize money.  The prize for me would be to be a healthy weight.

Finding Your Motivation

I have been trying to find what motivates me to be successful with my weight loss goals.  Some days I am more motivated than others.  This is hard because in my heart, I want to lose the weight.  In my head I know that I can.

I have been looking for many sources to help me stay motivated, and just have not found one that works, until now.

I found a work out program that will work.  I am more motivated than I have ever been on the curves program.  I am looking forward to going to work out.  I am drinking my water, because I am craving water.  I am eating better because I want to see results.

If you are looking to see results you need to start by taking a look around you.  What motivates you?  What will keep you moving?  What will make you excited about working out?  You need to be excited about doing it.  It has to motivate you.  Once you find you motivation, you will be successful.

Day 2 on Curves Smart

I am still as amazed with this program as I was yesterday.

It was getting late in the evening.  Most nights, I would just forget about the idea of working out.

I was very motivated by the Curves Smart program.  I know that I could do better and strive to hit some amazing numbers.

I went in wanting to be my calories that I burned yesterday.  Actually my biggest goal was to be able stay above 400 calories burned per workout.  I did 484 today.  That is just so impressed with all that I am able to accomplish.  I am working out so hard.  I can’t wait to get my next weight and measurement.  I know that it is just going to be amazing, and make a difference in my life.

Curves Smart

I can honestly say that I got my butt kicked in my work out today.  I started the Curves Smart program.

I started by programing the program.  Once we got it programed, then I got to do my first workout.

I think I got my butt kicked at Curves.  This is a great work out, the best one that I have ever had at Curves.  Today was the first time that I came home feeling like, I got a whole body work out.

I burned 458 calories in one 30 minute workout.  I worked out my entire body.  I feel sore.  I feel great.  I know that this is a system that is going to work.

I know that this program will change my life.  I will be successful on this program.  I am working harder than I have in my life.

Excited For Tomorrow

Tomorrow I am being set up on the Curves Smart Program.  I know that this is a program that is going to make a difference in my life.

I have heard so many good things about this program.  By taking the time to make some changes that I need to make in my life.

I am so excited to see how this will change my life.

I am also excited about Biggest Loser.  I have not had the opportunity to watch the episode as of yet.  However, I am excited to see what this year has to bring.  I find that the Biggest Loser is a great motivation for me.

3 More Gone

I went to Curves tonight, and I made sure that I am working hard.  I decided that I wanted to step on the scale before I left.  I am so glad that I did.  3 more lbs gone.  I am down to 277.

I will never weight more than 280 again in my life.  I know it.  I am working hard.  I can keep doing it.  One step at a time, one pound at a time.

I am working out very hard.  I am making changes in my life.  I can do it.  I know it.  By making sure that I keep working out 4 days each week, I know that I will make a difference in my life.

Just Another Monday

Mondays are often difficult days for me.  I feel that I need extra motivation to get my week started.  Which is so important for me to make sure that no matter how I feel I make a point of going to the gym?

I am looking for a day with my boys, and after dinner making it to the gym.  I have to make sure that no matter what I am feeling I go to the gym.

Mondays are so difficult for me to get motivated.  Not that weekends are any different for me, other than the fact my husband is sitting down stairs with me.

Here is to a great Monday and a difference.  I know that I can make!

Family

I am starting to realize how supportive my family is.  It is so nice to be around people who do not judge you.  The love you for how you are.

My family will give me the kick in the butt I need from time to time to keep on track.

My husband gives me that look.  You know the one. The look, do you really need to eat that?

My mother is someone who is there to talk to me.  She is concerned for my health and will make sure that I am doing the right thing. I can call to hear any time and tell here about my little achievements, and she is there to pat me on the back.

My sister is amazing.  I she loves to go for a walk and do exercise.  When I don’t want to do anything I call her because I know she will keep me motivated to  move.

Family is so important to getting on track and staying on track.
