Sleeping On A Leash
One of the most difficult parts for me with losing weight is the fact that I have a problem sleeping. Sleep is so important to help your body heal and re-charge. With out a proper night of sleep, losing weight is not possible.
I have to wear a mask, so that I will sleep better. The problem is, so many nights I do not feel like I am getting a good night sleep. It is difficult to sleep when you are stuck in a small area.
I hate being on a chord, and not being able to move. I hope that things will change soon, but until that I will have to sleep on a leash…
