Snacking
The key for me to be able to be successful is eating all the time, or at least it feels that way. I started to eat every 2 hours until 7:00 p.m. If I get hungry after 7:00, I drink water and chew a piece of gum. I have noticed that it is helping.
I have been seeing little changes. My clothes is starting to fit better. I am feeing better about myself. This is a great start to great changes.
I know that I am going in the right direction, it will just take some time and patience, and I will start seeing the results that I am looking for.
