Eating Healthy
I have noticed since I have been working out, as hard as I am I have been eating right. I want to feel that I am accomplishing something big, and to do that I need to concentrate on what I am eating.
I also have noticed that I am drinking so much water. I am craving water. I have not drunk much water before, and now I just could not live with out it.
Making this change is taking time to learn how to do. I still find that I am craving chocolate. Furthermore, it takes a lot of concentration not to eat everything in site. There are some days that I am finding I am doing better than other days.
