Losing It

I have been away.  I have not felt good due to the car accident.  I am having a hard time doing just about anything.  The one thing that I am doing is being very careful of what I am eating.

After having to ride in the ambulance to the hospital, I realized that I need to do something now about my weight.  I was so embarrassed when the parametrics had to move me.  I understand that the cart is on wheels, but I know that they did not like doing that job.

I also had the representative from the insurance company come out and say that we needed a bigger vehicle because I was a bigger person.  I know that he was not trying to be mean, but I also know that I do not like thinking that I am a big person.

I have to start working on what I  am doing and make sure that I start working hard.

I do know that I did not put the weight on over night, and I will not lose it over night.  I just need to work hard and start making a difference in my life.
