Seeing Results

Published by justj3nn at 12:23 pm under Review Edit This

I have been thinking since I had to stop nursing looking at different programs to assist in my weight loss.

I know in my head that pills really don’t work, but I also know that I need to see results to keep motivated.  I love working out at Curves, and I know that it is a good program.  The problem that I am having is that I do not see immediate results.

I think that is why I start to get discouraged with what I am doing.  I want to see that it is working that I am seeing some difference.  The problem is the fact that I feel I am not seeing any results.

How do you keep motivated when you feel that it does not matter?

Yes I understand that I did not put the weight on over night.  I understand that it will not come off over night as well.  I just need something to keep me going.  I have been working out and doing my best to stay motivated, but I am slowly losing my motivation and drive to keep going.

I have to figure out something, so I am seeing some results, so I can keep working hard to lose the weight.

It comes and goes with me. There are days when I’m really motivated to get out there and walk which I do enjoy and other days when I just want to chill. It’s all in the mindset. One suggestion make it a part of your blogging. Take a walk everyday, somewhere and report back on your blog what you saw etc… that may help.
