Body buddy
I decided to purchase a body buddy. I am excited because I think that this will be a great way for me to be able to monitor my weightloss process. It is the same system that is used on the Biggest Loser. Being that the Biggest Loser is so popular I know that this is a product that they have tested.
I am excited at the possibility that it is going ot help me to change my life and start seeing results. I know that I need to do something to get my life to change for the positive, and this is something that will help me to take my life to the next level.
Keeping that in mind I know that I need to get my butt moving and get going. Knowing that every day it is going to keep track of how many steps I take, How many calories I burn and how many I take in, scares me and is a great way for me to finally work hard and reach my goals!
