10 lbs gone for good
Well I am so happy to say that I have lost 10 lbs, and they are gone for good….
I had surgery on the 16th of the month, and that helped, but I have also put my mind to the fact that I need to work hard and exercise so that I can lose the weight. I have started by doing something simple - exercising. I am back at curves. I also joined fitness 19 so that I can start running. I know that is a great way for me to achieve my goals.
I have also changed my schedule, and I am getting up at 5 am so that I can exercise. For snowy days like today I go down my basement and do the wii fit, for days I can get out of my drive I go to fitness 19 and I am doing running and strenght training. It is so hard to get up in the morning, but I know that I need to do something and change what I am doign to be successful in my weight loss, and this is going to work… I know it.
