I have been looking at when to start my workouts, and I have officially decided that today is the day. I have thought about this, and I like to start on a Monday, being that this is the first Monday of the year, I am starting today.
I started out with a great workout. I feel good. I will be going to Curves this afternoon, to finish out my workouts. I have also happily drank 4 of my 8+ glasses of water already, which is a great thing. I am very happy to report that I am on track to keep myself going and motivated.
I also started using Spark People again. I love that website. It is a great place to start tracking everything, and the best part of it is that it is a free website. If you are looking for information and tools, this is the place that you need to go.
I know that I have a long way to go, but I am going to do it, I know it.

With the end of 2008 coming so quickly I knew that I needed to do something very quickly to start seeing some changes in my life. I have gained over 40 lbs this year and now it is time to finally change my life.
I asked for the Jillian Michaels Wii game and decided that this is the way for me to finally change my life, the way that I needed to change my life. I know that I can’t keep gaining weight like this, that it is the worst thing for me to do.
I know that I have so muh that I have to start working on, the question is, how can I cange my life? How can I finally work on losing all of this excess weight. I hate looking at myself in the mirror, knowing just how I feel.
Now I have done my first day of working out on it. I feel great. 402 calories burned in 40 minutes, not bad at all if you asked me. I know that I have a long way to go. The problem I have is keeping up with it, that is going to be where my biggest struggle is going to be, finding out where I need to start

This week has been crazy. We were out of town until late Tuesday night, Wednesday I teach and with everything going on I did not make it to curves. My goal/plan for today is to be able to get back on the horse. I plan on going to Curves today. I have missed going to Curves.
On Tuesday we went to the zoo, so I got to walk around and have a good time with the boys. I am hoping that tomorrow we can go to the zoo also.
It is supposed to be a nice day so I am planning on after my son gets home from school going for a walk or going to the park. We don’t have much time when it is nice in Ohio from November until usually April, so I am going to take advantage of it while I can

I have been working with the Curves smart program. I never realized how important this program is. I have seen that I was not working out as hard as I should be. I am leaving the gym, and finally feeling that I got a good workout in.
The best part of this system is after the workout, reviewing the results. It is amazing to see what muscle groups you have worked. By knowing the muscle groups you have worked you can see which groups you need to work harder.
The computer will also tell you how many calories you have burned in that 30 minute work out. I am amazed, yesterday I achieved 658 calories. that is in 30 minutes.
This is a great all over work out. You are not only getting the cardio work out which is important, you are also getting the strenght training workout. Working hard to see results, I know that this is a great program and I will see better results that I ever imagined I could or even would see.

I decided that I needed to figure out how to keep me motivated. I decided that I wanted to start back on the wii fit.
I love the wii fit. This a great program. The only problem I have with it is the fact that I have to fight with my children to play it.
I was happy to see that my weight had gone down since I was last weighed. That is a great feeling.
I know that I have a lot of work to do, but at least I have a place to start.
I hope that as I continue to work I will be able to see consistent results.

I am still as amazed with this program as I was yesterday.
It was getting late in the evening. Most nights, I would just forget about the idea of working out.
I was very motivated by the Curves Smart program. I know that I could do better and strive to hit some amazing numbers.
I went in wanting to be my calories that I burned yesterday. Actually my biggest goal was to be able stay above 400 calories burned per workout. I did 484 today. That is just so impressed with all that I am able to accomplish. I am working out so hard. I can’t wait to get my next weight and measurement. I know that it is just going to be amazing, and make a difference in my life.

I can honestly say that I got my butt kicked in my work out today. I started the Curves Smart program.
I started by programing the program. Once we got it programed, then I got to do my first workout.
I think I got my butt kicked at Curves. This is a great work out, the best one that I have ever had at Curves. Today was the first time that I came home feeling like, I got a whole body work out.
I burned 458 calories in one 30 minute workout. I worked out my entire body. I feel sore. I feel great. I know that this is a system that is going to work.
I know that this program will change my life. I will be successful on this program. I am working harder than I have in my life.

Tomorrow I am being set up on the Curves Smart Program. I know that this is a program that is going to make a difference in my life.
I have heard so many good things about this program. By taking the time to make some changes that I need to make in my life.
I am so excited to see how this will change my life.
I am also excited about Biggest Loser. I have not had the opportunity to watch the episode as of yet. However, I am excited to see what this year has to bring. I find that the Biggest Loser is a great motivation for me.

I went to Curves tonight, and I made sure that I am working hard. I decided that I wanted to step on the scale before I left. I am so glad that I did. 3 more lbs gone. I am down to 277.
I will never weight more than 280 again in my life. I know it. I am working hard. I can keep doing it. One step at a time, one pound at a time.
I am working out very hard. I am making changes in my life. I can do it. I know it. By making sure that I keep working out 4 days each week, I know that I will make a difference in my life.

I am so proud of myself, I have had three straight weeks of working out a minimum of 3 days a week. This is a great start to continuing the habit. There has been difficult days where I did not want to work out, but I did anyways. I felt so great when I got home.
I am getting excited because the Curves Smart program is installed in my location. They are starting to train members, one at a time. I know that this program is going to be one that will change my life.
I am very competitive. That is why it is so important to me to use this program. I am able to compete against myself.
It is also perfect because I can see instant results of my hard work. Seeing results quickly is what will keep me motivated. I feel that investing in this program is an investment in my future.
