I have posted this question before, but after yesterday’s results, where to, I start. I need to make some changes so that 9 months from now I am seeing a change - for the better.
Thinking back I have been eating at night, after the boys go to bed. It is hard because I am hungry, or at least I have made it so I am so used to eating than that I am hungry. I am going to concentrate on not eating after 7:00 p.m.
To help when I feel hungry I decided that I am going to start with drinking a glass of water. My next step is to chew a piece of gum.
I really believe that these steps will make a difference. I can do it. I will make a difference.

I have been thinking that I need to set goals for the day. So what is my outlook for today. How can I achieve my goals. Well I need to focus today.
I know that I can stay focus today, it is just going to take some time and some focus. Today I feel that I need to focus. I need to start with recording my calories today. I know that I can do it!
Stay tuned to see how it is going. I am excited to see if I can stay in my calorie goals. I know that I can.

Today I knew early that I was not going to go to Curves. I just wanted a break. I will go tomorrow.
My sister called and said that she wanted to go for a walk, so after dinner we went for a mile walk to my parents house.
I feel great after taking this walk. I have been doing well for the most part today. So here is my daily review…
- Drink my water
I drank 8 glasses but I know that I can do better than that
- Do some exercise with the boys and dog every day this week
Mile walk with my sister carrying a 23 lb kid on my back
- Go to curves 4 days this week -
not today but still have time to get in my 4 days
- Stay away from sweets
Husband brought donuts this morning. Should have stayed away
- Find a better way to deal with stress
Better day over all, but I need more sleep
Overall I think that today went well. I am on the right path and that is all that matters.

Looking at my busy day that I have today. Busy days make it hard to keep to my weight loss goals. I don’t eat well, and I don’t get in any exercise. I have some simple goals that I want to stick to. I find by writing down my goals I feel responsible for sticking to them.
- Drink My Water! Get at least 8 glasses of water in me today
- Eat 1 fruit and 1 vegetable today
- Limit my pop intake
I will get in some exercise today. I have to clean today so that will allow me to have some exercise. It is nice that I can burn calories and still do something that I need to do - clean.
