Cleanse

I started working on the cleanse.  The problem came that I started getting sick.  I had to stop everything I was doing.  I could not even go to curves because I was dizzy and just did not feel good.

I am now feeling better.  I want to look more into a cleanse to start on a new one, once I am completely healed.  I know that a cleanse is a good thing, I just need to find the right product to make sure that it is successful.

Up until the time I got sick I started feeling so much better.  I know that I would have continued seeing wonderful results if I was to stay on the cleanse.  I hope to restart it soon.

Cleanse

After talking to many people and doing a lot of research I have decided that I am going to do a colon cleanse.  I have heard that this is a wonderful way to get the toxins in your body to leave.  Not only will it make me feel better, but I will also start to lose the weight faster.

I am excited to try this program.  I can see that their are going to be many different benefits of this program.  I also know that this is a program that will help me to break this platue.  I am having a very difficult time starting to lose this weight.  I need to do something to give myself a kick start.  I feel that this is going to be a wonderful program for me.

Considering Alli

I have been considering finding a way to help give me a boost.  I have heard from many sources that they do not work.  But I have also done a lot of research on Alli, and think that this might be an option for me.

I like the fact that this will not make me jumpy.  The way that Alli works is that it blocks the fat that you are eating.  By not absorbing the fat you are able to give your body a boost in losing the extra weight.

I am already concentrating on eating a low fat diet.  I am watching what I am eating.  I am exercising at Curves at least 3 days a week.  I think that this is a program that will help me with my weight loss program.

I want to do some more research before making my decision, but this looks like a product that could help me out.

Seeing Results

I have been thinking since I had to stop nursing looking at different programs to assist in my weight loss.

I know in my head that pills really don’t work, but I also know that I need to see results to keep motivated.  I love working out at Curves, and I know that it is a good program.  The problem that I am having is that I do not see immediate results.

I think that is why I start to get discouraged with what I am doing.  I want to see that it is working that I am seeing some difference.  The problem is the fact that I feel I am not seeing any results.

How do you keep motivated when you feel that it does not matter?

Yes I understand that I did not put the weight on over night.  I understand that it will not come off over night as well.  I just need something to keep me going.  I have been working out and doing my best to stay motivated, but I am slowly losing my motivation and drive to keep going.

I have to figure out something, so I am seeing some results, so I can keep working hard to lose the weight.

Schedule Time For Yourself

I have noticed lately that being able to stay motivated is becoming increasingly more difficult.  I want to do so much, and I feel that I am being torn in so many different directions.

That is why I have made a point of scheduling my days.  Yes I schedule my workouts.  That way I feel that they are a priority.

When you schedule an appointment with a friend, do you cancle it?  Not if you can help it.  The same is true with scheduling time to work out.  Why would you break an appointment with yourself.

It is essential to make time for yourself.  The best way is to put it on your calendar, and stick to it.

Power Of Gum

I love watching Biggest loser.  I enjoy learning from the mistakes of others.  Due to watching the show I have learned so much about how to properly lose weight.

One of the tips that they give is to chew gum.  I never thought about it, but it is a great tip.  To chew gum when you start getting hungry.  It makes a difference.

I have started to chew gum, especially at night when I start getting hungry.  It has helped.  I am completely amazed at how well it has worked.

At first I was starving at night, now just under a week later, I am able not hungry after the boys go to bed.  I am so proud of myself.  I am doing so much better.

Hydroxycut

I have seen so many commercials for Hydroxycut lately, it hast started me thinking.  I want to make a change in my life, and I wonder if this is the product that will help me to make this change.

I am scared of the different pills.  I know that they can do so much damage, but I also know, from experience that they work.  They key is keeping the weight off after you are done taking the pills.

I want to start to see results.  I do well for a week, and then start to get discouraged the next week because I am not noticing any results.

I am torn, and do not know what to do.  I want to lose weight.  I want to be healthy.  I am scared.

Confidence is the key

You have to know that you can achieve your goals.  You have to realize no matter what your setbacks are, that you can change them from setback to making the difference in your heart and your life.

This is true not only with all other parts of your life, but expecially with the fact you are going to find that the road to losing weight is full of little tiny setbacks.  What make you succeed is knowing that you don’t have to sweat the small stuff.  You can be confident that you will achieve you goals, you just have to know that you can do it.

Love yourself - No matter what

You need to think that you are beautiful, no matter what.  You may not weight what you want to, but you need to feel your are beautiful.  You need to feel that you deserve everything.

It is so important that you love yourself and that you believe that you are worth it.

By knowing in your heart that you are beautiful, you will start to notice that the little things around you change.  That you can make a difference in your life.

So if you start to struggle with losing weight, start by looking at how you feel about yourself.  If you love yourself and you feel that you are beautiful, just the way you are you will be able to start make a difference in your life, and see the pounds drop off.

Positive Attitude

I have found that when I am feeling down and start to pressure myself to lose weight I feel that I have the weight of the world on my shoulders.  I know that when I am feeling this way I start to eat the junk.

It is important in every aspect of your life to think positively.  You need to know that you are positive and that what you think and feel are important.

When you start to think negitave it effects everything in your life.  That is why it is so important that you are positive.

Believe in yourself and know you can make a difference.  This is the best way to make an impression.

Thinking positively will change your entire life.
